What is your returns policy?

We describe and show all vintage items as accurately as possible, and do not accept returns on these items. If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing. Any other products can be returned within 14 days, postage costs are non-refundable and all items should please be sent back via an insured service and packed well.

How will my order be sent?

We post all items within 2-7 working days of ordering, small to medium items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery? or standard parcel post with insurance. Larger items like furniture are sent with a courier service called XXX Hermes/ Parcel Force/ other couriers to check out for larger items. Please contact us for an individual quote to your postcode for these items. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. 

How do you arrange delivery of larger items?

We are happy to arrange delivery anywhere in the UK through one of our couriers, and will send you a quote if you email us your postcode and details of which item you are interested in. 

We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible, items will be sent by a courier company, which may mean one delivery person doing the lugging! Be aware that if it’s a particularly large item you may be required to help carry it into your home. If this isn’t possible do let us know and we’ll try to sort out an alternative solution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their item can be delivered through the door! Please look at measurements in advance!

Can you ship overseas?

Postage prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery. We are always happy to quote for posting and shipping overseas, please just email us for a quote providing information of your delivery address.
